About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Healthcare Imaging, Eye Care, Diagnostic, or Medical Equipment environments . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows desktop support, device connectivity troubleshooting, healthcare IT workflows, and end-user support within hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals used with healthcare and eye-care equipment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues between PCs and medical devices, imaging systems, and diagnostic equipment.
• Configure and maintain healthcare applications and device interfaces.
• Support imaging environments including PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and related healthcare workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools while meeting SLA requirements.
• Work closely with vendors and field engineers for device installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical assistance and training to clinicians, technicians, and end users.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.

• Windows 10/11 Desktop Support
• Laptop/Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
• Active Directory User Administration
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or other ITSM / Ticketing Tools
• End User Computing (EUC) Support
• Printer & Peripheral Device Support
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
