Job Description

MZ Marketing is seeking a Sales Executive to support customer acquisition and revenue growth in Lahore. The role focuses on understanding prospective customers’ needs, presenting suitable products or services, and building lasting business relationships. The successful candidate will manage sales opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and follow-up while maintaining accurate records and working toward agreed targets.

This is a Lahore-based, full-time position suited to a motivated communicator who can organize a busy sales pipeline, act on feedback, and represent MZ Marketing professionally. Regular customer outreach and local meetings may be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and other appropriate sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver clear, relevant product or service presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications, and support negotiations through to closing.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
• Keep customer interactions, leads, and outcomes accurately documented in company records.
• Build customer relationships, respond professionally to questions, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant colleagues.
• Share market feedback and sales progress with the team to help improve outreach and customer experience.

• Confident verbal communication, active listening, and clear written follow-up.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions persuasively.
• Negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques focused on customer value.
• Target-oriented approach with sound organization and consistent follow-through.
• Accurate recordkeeping and familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and sales tracking or CRM tools.
• Professional customer service, resilience, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Urdu and working proficiency in English; knowledge of Lahore’s local market is an advantage.
