Position Details

Position: US Accounts Executive Openings: 3 Experience: Freshers Only Employment Type: Full-Time Work Shift: US Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Languages: English, Telugu & Hindi Salary: CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.2 LPA during the probation period.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in U. S. Accounting and Finance Operations.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to U. S. Accounting processes, Quick Books, payroll, invoicing, financial documentation, MIS reporting, and related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and work on U. S. Accounting processes and practices. Work with Quick Books and other accounting tools. Assist with payroll management and payroll processing. Maintain accurate payroll and financial records. Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel. Assist with invoicing and timesheet management. Maintain financial documentation and accounting records. Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities. Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements. Support day-to-day U. S. accounting activities. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility & Education

Freshers Only. MBA (Finance) preferred. B. Com / M. Com / BBA Finance / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any Finance-related field. Good communication skills in English. Telugu and Hindi communication skills required. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage. Candidates must be willing to work in the U. S. Night Shift.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

One-Year Employment Bond / Agreement is mandatory for new joiners. Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company. Candidates must submit their SSC memo or higher-education memo/certificate for verification as part of the joining process
