Mobility & Convenience | Strategy & TransformationWe're partnering with a global industry leader seeking a Transformation Specialist to help shape and execute strategic initiatives across its Mobility & Convenience business.This is an excellent opportunity for a strategy-minded professional with a background in consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, investment banking, or business analysis who enjoys solving complex business challenges and driving measurable impact.What You'll DoAs a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations, support high-priority transformation programs, and help turn business objectives into actionable results.Key responsibilities include:Supporting strategy development through market, customer, competitive, and financial analysisDriving execution of major transformation initiatives and strategic programsDeveloping business cases, investment proposals, and value assessmentsConducting research on market trends, customer behavior, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamicsBuilding executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendationsPartnering with teams across Operations, Finance, Digital, Sustainability, Product, and Policy functionsTracking program milestones, performance metrics, and implementation plansHelping leadership evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investmentsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, private equity, or investment banking environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience developing executive presentations and communicating with senior stakeholdersKnowledge of financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysisAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceEnergy, Oil & Gas, Mobility, Transportation, Retail, or Convenience industry exposureExperience supporting large-scale transformation or strategic growth initiativesBackground in top-tier consulting or corporate strategy organizationsWhy This Opportunity?This role offers the chance to operate as an internal strategy consultant, partnering with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives that influence business growth, customer experience, operational transformation, and the future of mobility. xzbcwsv If you enjoy combining strategy, analytics, financial evaluation, and execution to solve complex business challenges, we'd love to connect.
