Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Inside Sales Specialist will:

• Engage with prospective customers, conduct outbound and inbound outreach, and qualify leads generated through marketing, referrals, and platform inquiries.
• Understand customer needs, presenting CredServ’s solutions, coordinating demos with the sales and product teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up on opportunities to drive conversions, support contract closure processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Monitor customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of sales messaging, and working towards defined revenue and activity targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales experience with a track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles or qualified opportunity handoffs.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline nurturing.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and professional relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
