Infocomx – is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing ERP Sales team.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate ERP sales leads
• Introduce and explain ERP to prospects
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule ERP product demos and business meetings
• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Manage and update CRM records, follow-ups, and lead status
• Coordinate with the Business Development & Sales team
• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales-support targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good English + Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage
✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office
✅ Good convincing and follow-up skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Target-oriented and interested in building a career in IT / ERP Sales
