Computer Aided Design Drafter

JOB SUMMARYYou will be trained by a qualified team to produce models, drawings and other electronic data files for the manufacture of Gas Turbine Engine components. A mentor will be assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESModel and draft utilizing 3D CADD software (CREO, GOM).Create electronic data files that support part definition for manufacturing.Produce drawings that convey design intent clearly and uniformly as well as adherence to PSM drafting standards.Reverse Engineering using 3D scan data.Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.Adhere to schedules and commitments.Thoroughly review own work for accuracy.Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation & TrainingHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent, Higher education with coursework in Mechanical Drafting preferred.
Skills/ExperienceFamiliar with Microsoft Office Suite applications.Good computer skills.Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a professional, friendly, team environment.Reliable and able to commit a schedule. xzbcwsv 3D printing experience is a plus.
