Job Description:We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Production Support Engineer to support front-office trading applications within a financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide production and application support for trading systems.Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and performance issues.Monitor applications using Splunk and Dynatrace.Write and execute Shell scripts and complex SQL queries.Work with UNIX/Linux and Windows servers, Oracle, and Sybase databases.Collaborate directly with traders and technical teams to resolve issues.Required Skills:Experience in front-office trading and financial services.Strong UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, and SQL skills.Experience with Oracle or Sybase databases.Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace.Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.Flexibility to provide weekend support every 3–4 weeks. xzbcwsv Nice to Have: Python scripting and FX, Fixed Income, or Equities experience.
