Internal Position Title:
Production Associate
Pay Rate:
$23.72 per hour + shift differential if applicable
NOTE: During 90 day probationary period, role is considered a Learner and earns
$20.87 per hour + shift differential if applicable. Will be hired under indirect
Temp Contract pending successful completion of 90 day probationary period or
Qualification on machine.
Category/Shift:
The plant operates 24/5 with 8-12 hour shifts. Must be willing to work overtime
and weekends as needed; overtime may be needed during busy periods.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Safely run machines and follow all safety rules and practices at all times;
- Count and stack finished product;
- Learn customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work
orders, print cards, and design specifications;
- Utilize basic shop math;
- Accurately read tape measures, gauges and other test equipment;
- Coordinate activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up
and run orders;
- Maintain quality and production standards as required by the company;
- Continually monitor the quality and quantity of production;
- Maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift;
- Perform quality inspections and tests, and record findings; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- 3-6 months hands on Industrial Plant manufacturing experience
- Corrugated industry experience preferred
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- The ability to accurately read a tape measurer and ruler
- The ability to use basic shop math
- The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions,
and work effectively as a member of a team.
