My client is looking for a Plumber / Water Hygiene Engineer to join their established building services team, working across a prestigious portfolio of buildings in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys a varied role but is happy taking ownership of water hygiene and Legionella compliance. Identify and report any water hygiene issues, ensuring remedial actions are followed up.

Experience in commercial plumbing or building services maintenance.
Confident carrying out water hygiene duties, including temperature monitoring, flushing and maintaining logbooks.
Knowledge of Legionella control and ACOP L8 requirements.
Able to undertake general plumbing repairs and routine maintenance.
Organised, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of compliance tasks.
Full UK driving licence.
Willing to participate in the on-call rota and obtain SC security clearance.
Working Hours & Package

Plenty of additional overtime available.
Access to a pool van if required.
You will join an established team looking after three prestigious Central London buildings, including a large commercial property and two high-profile event venues. xrexnqw

The role offers stable weekday hours, a competitive salary, additional earning potential through overtime and the opportunity to take ownership of an important water hygiene function without the demands of a heavily reactive plumbing position.
