WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project execution across the North East & Delhi region.

Location: North East & Delhi

Experience: Relevant Project Management / Site Execution Experience

✈️ Travel: Regular Site Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from mobilization to final handover.

• Prepare project schedules, resource plans and execution plans.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, contractors and vendors.

• Monitor daily site progress against planned timelines and take corrective action.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and project officials.

• Resolve site issues and client concerns promptly.

• Maintain complete project documentation and records.

• Submit Daily/Weekly Project Progress Reports to the Ranchi Head Office.

• Update project status, milestones and issues through MIS/ERP/Google Sheets.

• Participate in scheduled online project review meetings with Head Office.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently manage project execution at site while maintaining strong coordination with the Ranchi Head Office.

The candidate should be comfortable with regular travel, site execution, reporting, contractor coordination, client handling and end-to-end project responsibility.
