Assurance Manager

This multidisciplinary structure enables comprehensive, high-quality advisory and assurance services to clients. We are looking for a Financial Reporting professional with strong experience in Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP to join our Finance & Accounting team. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, and reporting packages . Perform technical accounting assessments and prepare accounting memos for complex transactions. Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP requirements. Manage consolidation, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and group reporting . Review accounting treatment for revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, impairment, provisions, business combinations, and income taxes . Coordinate with internal and external auditors and resolve audit queries. Support GAAP conversions and reconciliation adjustments between Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close activities . Strengthen financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation. Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on the business. Support SOX/internal control requirements , where applicable. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. Eligibility & Experience: Qualified CA 0–2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP . Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting, and statutory/audit processes . Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with ERP/reporting tools and large-scale financial reporting is preferred.
