Designation : Sales Executive - Growth & Development
Location: Jharkhand
Reporting To: Manager – G&D
Experience: 1-2 years ( Medical Devices Industry Knowledge Require)
Salary : Max 5 Lakh P/A
Education: Any Graduate, MBA shall be an additional advantage
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is the frontline field sales role at Vikas Medical Devices. Responsible for customer visits, product awareness & lead generation. Excellent starting point for a career in MedTech sales, with exposure to world-class OEM brands and a wide product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, nursing homes & clinics
- Generate leads and close the same
- Support product demonstrations and clinical presentations
- Maintain and update customer visit logs and lead status
- Build relationships with purchase departments, biomedical engineers, and nursing heads
- Assist in coordinating equipment deliveries, installations, and documentation
- Collect market feedback on competitor products, pricing, and new opportunities
- Attend all mandatory product and sales training programmes
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of medical equipment and hospital environments
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a field sales role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in (Local and English language)
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools, AI is a plus
- High energy, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel
