Are you a proven channel sales leader with deep hands-on experience in the Solar PV and Solar Inverter ecosystem ?
Linkwell Telesystems Pvt. Ltd. (VISIONTEK) is scaling up its Solar Division nationwide. We are looking for high-performing Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to expand our distribution channels, appoint key dealers, and drive revenue growth across critical regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Network Expansion: Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors, dealers, and systems integrators to boost market penetration.
Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned state/territory across retail, B2 B, and institutional channels.
Partner Engagement: Build long-term relationships with regional solar EPC contractors, installers, and channel partners to maximize productivity.
Field Leadership: Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and gather ground-level intelligence to maintain market dominance.
Mandatory Candidate Profile:
Experience: 6 to 10 years of overall sales experience.
Mandatory Domain: Proven track record in selling Solar Inverters (String/Central/Microinverters) or Solar PV Systems. (Candidates without Solar/Inverter experience will not be evaluated).
Core Competency: Demonstrated success in Distribution Management , Dealer Network Expansion , and Channel Partner Handling.
Target Locations: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Coimbatore (TN/Kerala), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and surrounding regional hubs.
