Trident Consulting is seeking a "Maintenance Technician” for one of our client in "Sheboygan Falls, WI”. A global leader in business and technology services.

Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Sheboygan Falls, WI

Rate : $25 - 45/hr on w2 (2nd shift 7% shift differential, 3rd shift 10% shift differential).

2nd shift Hours: Monday - Friday 3p - 11:30 pm with 30 minute lunch break. Rotational weekend coverage

3rd shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am with 30 minute lunch break. Rotational weekend coverage

12 months contract

Job Description:

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Some apprenticeships, associate degrees, or Journeyman cards are preferred.

Physical PPE Requirements: PPE boot allowance, uniforms, standard goggles, and hard hat are all provided.

Equipment: Standard equipment provided as needed.

Software & Technical Skills:

CMMS system experience required ; PLC knowledge is a plus.

• Role related to the design, production and maintenance of structures, systems and components in client’s production plants and facilities.
• Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures and provides advice on issues, including problem solving and the assessment of new technologies.
• Performs maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
• Performs equipment failure analyses.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems with equipment.

IMPACT: Impacts the effectiveness of own work team through quality of services or information provided; typically acts as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.

COMPLEXITY: Identifies key issues and patterns and spots new, less obvious solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITY/ INDEPENDENCE: Accountable for quality of own work; provides solutions to problems based on practice, existing precedents or procedures; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

EXPERIENCE: 2 - 3+ years

ORGANIZATION: Typically reports to a Manager role or Project Manager role (for a defined period of time) based on organizational set-up, may have a lead person for day-to-day guidance.
