10X International School, Mysuru, is seeking an experienced IBDP Career Counsellor to guide students through university selection, applications, and career planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students on university selection, applications, essays, deadlines, and admission requirements.
• Counsel students and families on higher education and career pathways in India and overseas.
• Manage application documentation, records, trackers, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, leadership, universities, and external partners.
• Organize university fairs and information sessions.
• Stay updated on admissions, scholarships, and IBDP requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience in university counselling, preferably in an IBDP or international school.
• Knowledge of Indian and international undergraduate admissions.
• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student applications with discretion and empathy.
• Immediate availability or a short joining timeline preferred.
