Project Manager

Should have technical awareness, good stakeholder management, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Minimum 14 years for Experience and should be working in the current market. Technical Awareness: Understanding infra-architecture, cloud concepts (AWS, Azure), and the software development life cycle (SDLC), Field services & Security. Excellent in project lifecycle Methodology - Advantage in having mix framework like Agile, Scrum, waterfall and Hybrid models Project Well versed with Microsoft project ( mandatory) Excellent in Project documentation like Project charter, RAID, Project plan and client communication report. Guiding teams and stakeholders through digital transformations or the adoption of new AI tools . Financial Insight: Managing complex project budgets, vendor contracts, resource allocation, insight into project billable Proactive Problem-Solving: Removing roadblocks and designing adaptive solutions when technical constraints threaten the timeline.
