Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Physical Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic procedures, and other serious conditions. You will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individualized and group therapy, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient and family education, clear documentation, participation in care conferences, and contribution to quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered setting.
