US Tax Officer

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our organization as US Tax Officer. The role involves close coordination with the Corporate team in the United States to resolve issues and address complaints that may arise during tax-related processes. Prior experience in US taxation or a similar role, preferably within a US-based organization, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess strong knowledge of US tax compliance, including Federal, State, and Local taxes
• Have 3–4 years of relevant experience handling and maintaining compliance with US tax legislation
• Manage tax deposit procedures and Federal and State tax return filings
• Review tax documents thoroughly to assess eligibility for applicable tax credits and deductions

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience in US taxation or a related role within the relevant department
• Good understanding of document archiving processesProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools, with advanced skills in MS ExcelExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong knowledge of US taxation laws and regulationsExperience in coordinating and managing teams effectivelyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
