Executive – Media & Fundraising

Job Responsibilities Drive and manage digital communication across all social media platforms and the organization's website. Develop and coordinate communication through print media. Analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and implement continuous improvements. Create high-quality content for social media, publications, reports, proposals, and Power Point presentations. Develop, manage, update, and improve the organization's website through web programming. Document beneficiary stories, success stories, and case studies through written content, photography, and video. Cover organizational events and programmes to generate engaging media content. Support donor acquisition, CSR engagement, fundraising campaigns, and resource mobilisation initiatives.

Qualifications BBA / MBA / MCA / MSW

Essential Skills Expertise in Canva, MS Word, Power Point, and MS Excel. Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi. Strong content writing and storytelling skills in Telugu and English. Ability to effectively use relevant AI tools and agents for communication and productivity. Expertise in web programming using Microsoft Visual Studio and the React library.

Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience across all eight job responsibilities, with verifiable achievements.
