Serve as a hands-on mentor and resource for technicians and assistants on the floor, reinforcing best practices in real time. Maintain training records, competency checklists, and documentation to track staff development progress. Support the development of training materials, SOPs, and skills assessment tools. Foster an environment of respect, trust, and mutual support among all members of the healthcare team. At PASE, we are dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring practices.
