Handling inbound calls and warm leads, the full-time Senior Loan Officer will consult with customers on auto loan refinancing, advise on additional protection products, and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Advise customers on refinancing options and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers while achieving product sales attachment goals Process finance deals accurately and ethically, ensuring compliance with lender guidelines and finance laws Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing as a loan officer Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline of clients Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Familiarity with various software platforms and the ability to learn new technology Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
