Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience in Python Backend Development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
Extensive experience with Fast API, Django, and Flask.
Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with App Dynamics (Application Performance Monitoring).
Experience in performance analysis, root cause identification, and troubleshooting using App Dynamics.
Strong experience with Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, or similar databases.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud exposure.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Kafka or Rabbit MQ.
Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Cloud Watch, or other observability tools.
Dev Ops / SRE exposure.
