Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a PQI Intern to support quality improvement across behavioral health, housing, and family programs. Under supervision, you’ll collect and analyze program data, assist with audits and compliance, support accreditation efforts, and help improve trauma-informed, client-centered services. You’ll collaborate with staff, prepare reports and dashboards, and participate in PQI meetings. This internship offers hands-on experience in human services quality, exposure to diverse programs, and the chance to impact individuals and families in need in a faith-inspired, inclusive environment.
