BTL Manager & Centre Operations Manager Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3-8 years Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing & Centre Operations About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BTL Manager & Centre Operations Manager to manage on-ground marketing initiatives as well as the overall operations of the centre. The role will be responsible for driving local lead generation, managing BTL activities, ensuring smooth centre operations, improving learner experience, and supporting business and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BTL/Field Marketing, Centre/Branch Operations, team management, stakeholder coordination, and customer experience . Key Responsibilities BTL & Local Marketing Plan and execute BTL campaigns, events, activations, workshops, and local marketing initiatives . Identify suitable locations, institutions, events, and partnerships to generate quality leads. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution. Manage event logistics, branding, promotional materials, and manpower. Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, and ROI. Conduct competitor and local market research to identify new business opportunities. Manage BTL budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely lead handover and follow-up. Centre Operations Manage the end-to-end day-to-day operations of the centre . Own centre-level operational and business targets. Manage and monitor centre staff, including Sales, Academic, and Support teams. Drive team productivity, performance, attendance, and adherence to processes. Ensure a high-quality learner/customer experience at the centre. Coordinate with Sales, Academic, Marketing, Placements, and Central Operations teams. Monitor admissions, collections, attendance, learner engagement, and other centre-level metrics. Maintain operational dashboards and provide regular reports and insights to management. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions. Handle and resolve learner/parent escalations effectively. Manage centre infrastructure, facilities, vendors, inventory, and administrative requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Support centre-level events, workshops, seminars, and other lead-generation activities. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and motivate centre teams to achieve business and operational objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. Take ownership of centre-level challenges and drive timely resolution. Proven experience managing teams and on-ground activities. Strong understanding of local marketing and lead-generation activities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel locally for BTL activities and centre requirements. Experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, BFSI, FMCG, or other consumer-facing industries will be preferred.
