Position:

Insurance PIVC / Welcome & Renewal Calling Executive

Experience:

1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies

Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups

Explain policy benefits, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions

Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines

Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO

Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
