Senior People Partner: Strategic HR Leader (16m FTC)

EA First in South Cambridge is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive strategic HR partnering with the CEO and senior leadership. You will shape workforce strategy while delivering hands-on HR across recruitment, benefits, wellbeing and policy updates in a project-driven environment.You will bring significant HR business partnering experience, ideally within engineering or technical consultancy, with the ability to influence directors and lead change.
