Influencer Marketing Manager - Games

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of game publishers in the North American market.

This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to commercial growth. You will play a key role in the client relationship — supporting strategic direction, aligning on objectives, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver measurable impact.You will have the opportunity to work on globally recognised titles, partnering with ambitious publishers and studios to deliver campaigns at the highest standard. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will act as a proactive partner to your clients: bringing forward new ideas, mastering their games, identifying growth opportunities, anticipating challenges, and continuously elevating the quality of our service. 
We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and committed to raising the standard of what great agency partnership looks like.
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally to attend events worldwide is an essential and mandatory requirement of this role.
Responsibilities, not limited to;
Relationship ManagementServe as a primary contact for assigned client accountsBuild strong, long-term relationships based on trust, performance, and transparencyMaintain regular communication, ensuring clients feel consistently supported and informedAnticipate client needs and proactively present solutions before challenges arise
Campaign Management & Quality ControlOversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless executionCollaborate closely with internal teams (media buying, creative, operations) to deliver best-in-class resultsMaintain high standards for deliverables, timelines, and reportingEnsure campaigns align with both brand objectives and performance goals
Performance & AccountabilityOwn account performance metrics and ensure clear ROI trackingPresent campaign insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidenceTranslate data into actionable next steps and long-term strategy
Service ExcellenceChampion a proactive, not reactive, service mindsetEnsure clients always feel prioritised, heard, and supportedHandle challenges with professionalism, composure, and solution-driven thinkingContinuously elevate the quality and sophistication of our service offering
Ideal Candidate4-5 years experience in influencer marketingProven ability to innovate in the creator space, pioneering new approaches and delivering first-class creator experiencesExperience executing six-to-seven figure campaigns for AAA and global gaming brandsStrong technical xzbcwsv understanding of influencer tools, analytics, tracking systems, and CRM platformsExceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skillsHighly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear insights and business recommendationsProven ability to manage multiple, high-complexity projects under tight deadlinesFluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage
