Prepare and review technically compliant techno-commercial proposals for Utility across global. Prepare cost estimations, BOQ sheets, budgetary offers, technical compliance, deviation sheets, and commercial quotations as per tender requirements. Conduct technical & commercial risk assessment, scenario analysis, and identify gaps, deviations, and mitigation plans before bid submission.
