Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and provide invoices, payments, account statements, and resolve related queries.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and identify account discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure all transactions are updated promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounts, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing and payment follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations and adhere to company processes.

Qualifications

• B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
• 85%+ marks in Class 12th
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, TDS & income tax
• Good working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Good command of MS Excel
