Job Description
Quickbooks expert needed on NIGHT shifts in Worli MUMBAI (no WFH)
Shift time: 7pm - 4am Monday - Friday Onsite only (Worli Mumbai) US Night shift process
Key responsibilties:
- Timesheet based calcualtions for payroll
- Payroll calculations - weekly
- Reconcilaition of timesheets and uplaoding on various online portals
- Invoicing
- Entries in Quickbooks ONLINE software for US
- Collections
- Client communcations
- Talking and resolving payroll related issues
- Handling disputes with clients
