Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and quality control efforts. Coordinate daily field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and trade partners. Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Can be based anywhere in the southeast Strong construction experience, including Big box remodel and or ground-up construction Experience managing projects typically valued between $3 million and $10 million. Exposure to projects for national retail brands and large-format retail environments. Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned regions, including the Southeast, Midwest, or Northeast. Excellent leadership, scheduling, communication, and subcontractor management skills. Strong understanding of safety, project sequencing, and quality control. Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software. What's on Offer Base Salary: Up to $150,000 depending on experience.
