This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements. Detailed Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

• Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
• Arts & Science, Fresher.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science
