Hydraulic /Process Design Engineer (Used Water/ Sewerage / STP / Sewer lines)

Job Description Perform hydraulic design of: Sewerage collection networks Rising mains and gravity sewer systems Pumping stations Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) Hydraulic calculations using Manning's equation and other relevant methods. Design sewer sizes, slopes, flow velocities and hydraulic profiles. Prepare Longitudinal Sections (L-Sections) and hydraulic grade lines. Analyze wet weather flow, infiltration and inflow. Design pumping systems and pump head calculations. Process Design Prepare process design calculations for STPs. Selection and sizing of: Screens Grit Chambers Equalization Tanks Primary Clarifiers Biological Reactors (ASP, MBBR, SBR, MBR etc.) Secondary Clarifiers Tertiary Treatment Units Sludge Handling Systems Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs). Develop Process & Inst
