Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting (GL Accounting + Accounts Payable) operations for a Financial Services client.
Manage Month-End Closing, GL Reconciliations, Accruals, P&L Finalization, Financial & Statutory Reporting.
Oversee Accounts Payable operations including Vendor Setup, Invoice Processing, Payments, and Query Resolution.
Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
Drive finance transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and policy implementation.
Lead a team of approximately 100 finance professionals across multiple F&A functions.

General Ledger (GL) Accounting
Month-End Closing
Accounts Payable (AP)
Financial Reporting
SOX Controls
IFRS/US GAAP
Experience managing large teams and multiple senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, governance, and people management skills.
Experience in offshore/BPO Finance & Accounting operations is preferred.

Flexible to work in US shift hours.
Passport ready with willingness to travel on short notice.
