Lead & Principal AI Scientists (GenAI / Agentic AI)

We are actively recruiting for a tier-1, US-headquartered digital banking SaaS company that powers mission-critical platforms for leading banks and credit unions globally.

If you are an applied AI practitioner who specializes in autonomous agents, real-time decisioning, and large-scale model deployment, this role offers direct impact across enterprise-grade FinTech systems.

Open Positions:

• Lead AI Scientist: 4+ years of core AI/ML experience
• Principal AI Scientist: 6+ years of core AI/ML experience

What You Will Do:

• Architect, build, and deploy AI Agents, GenAI features, and real-time decisioning engines from conception to production.
• Drive intelligent features across digital banking platforms, including fraud detection, smart personalization, and conversational assistants.
• Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines on GCP, serving high-throughput APIs (FastAPI) backed by vector databases.
• Implement Open Banking use cases through data aggregation, third-party AI integrations, and predictive analytics.
• Uphold strict standards for model governance, explainability, and responsible AI.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record building autonomous agents, prompt frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs/Transformers, and deep learning architectures.
• Strong software engineering in Python paired with production deployment experience.
• Background in GCP, FastAPI, Vector Databases, and enterprise CI/CD MLOps.
• Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or banking platforms is strongly preferred.
