About the Role

Manage relationships with channel partners and monitor channel partner performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Performance Management

• Monitor channel partner performance against sales targets, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks.
• Track revenue, business growth, and channel effectiveness across regions.
• Support the onboarding and activation of new channel partners through coordination with the field sales team.
• Identify underperforming channels.

Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze sales data, channel performance metrics, and market trends.
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas to enhance channel productivity.
• Develop insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare variance analysis reports.

Operations & Process Management

• Resolve operational issues and process bottlenecks impacting channel performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology for issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to channel management processes, policies, and governance standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and partner experience.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate and maintain channel MIS, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Prepare periodic management reports on sales performance, target achievement, and channel productivity.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Present channel performance insights to management and business stakeholders.

Experience

• 3–5 Years of experience in Channel Management, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Distribution Management, MIS, or related functions.
