Key ResponsibilitiesWin New Business: Prospect, cold call, network, and build relationships to secure new Financial Services staffing clients and job orders.Recruit Top FS Talent: Source, screen, and place Financial Services professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.Own the Full Desk: Manage the entire 360° staffing cycle, from business development and client relationships to candidate sourcing, negotiations, placements, and follow-up.Drive Revenue: Build your pipeline, grow accounts, negotiate rates, and consistently work toward placement and revenue goals.Leverage Technology: Use AI, LinkedIn, CRM, and recruiting tools to work smarter, move faster, and maximize results.
QualificationsFull-Desk FS Staffing Experience: Previous full-desk Financial Services staffing experience with both business development and recruiting responsibilities is preferredSales Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, win clients, and secure job orders.Recruiting Expertise: Experience sourcing, qualifying, and placing financial services talent.Competitive & Resilient: Driven by goals, motivated by earning potential, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.Relationship Builder: Strong communication, negotiation, and client and candidate management skills.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Takes ownership, embraces challenges, and is motivated to build a profitable book of business.AI and Technology Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools, recruiting platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies to improve prospecting, candidate sourcing, workflow efficiency, and overall performance.
