Hiring | Senior – Real Estate Valuation

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3 years (Senior)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on valuation and advisory assignments for real estate assets and entities

• Build and review valuation models (DCF, direct capitalization, sales comparison, cost approach)

• Conduct market, industry, and property-level research to support engagements

• Review third-party valuation reports and provide technical recommendations

• Support financial reporting valuations under ASC 805, ASC 820, and ASC 360

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-quality client delivery

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 1-7 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation

• Hands-on experience with Argus and CoStar

• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling

• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in real estate asset management or audit will be preferred
