Job Title : Software EngineerLocation – Johnston IA 501301Duration – Contract For 1+ years
Key Responsibilities:Develop, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.Support onboarding and implementation of new features within call center software platforms.Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.Design and implement software enhancements to improve application performance, functionality, and user experience.Provide internal user support and troubleshoot application issues.Assist with application, server, and database maintenance activities.Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development artifacts.Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Perform data analysis and generate reports as required.Follow software development best practices and coding standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Internship or project experience in software development preferred.Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. xzbcwsv
