Company Description

We're a boutique photography firm based out of Chennai, India. I'm looking for a new assistant who has a keen eye for detail and is enthusiastic and capable of working independently.

We're looking for someone early in their career- a fresher with a design or photography degree — who's hungry to learn our way of working, not unlearn someone else's. If you're organized, quick on your feet, and genuinely excited about photography as a craft, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Assist on shoots: lighting setup, camera support, shot logistics, and on-site problem-solving
• Handle post-production basics — culling, organizing, and light editing
• Manage shoot prep: equipment checks, location scouting support, client coordination
• Learn our workflow end-to-end, from brief to final delivery

What we're looking for

• A design or photography degree (or equivalent hands-on training)
• Freshers strongly preferred — we'd rather train someone from scratch than un-train old habits
• Willingness to commit to at least 2 years with the firm
• A bias for action — someone who gets things done without needing to be told twice
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
