Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions in alignment with clinical best practices. The role involves managing dysphagia and other swallowing disorders, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. The Speech Therapist will also educate clients and caregivers on home programs, assist with preventive and early intervention initiatives, and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related conditions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess clinical competence in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Experience in clinical assessment, therapy planning, and outcome tracking in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
