Job Description

Job Location : Pune – SEZ - Hinjewadi Position : Assistant Manager - IT Recruitment

Experience : 6 - 10 Years Qualification : MBA (HR) / Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing positions across niche and mainstream technology skill sets (CAD, PLM, Cloud, AI/ML, Full-Stack, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and anticipated hiring needs across business units.
  • Own recruitment data management - maintain accurate candidate pipelines, ATS records, trackers and recruitment databases for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and talent mapping - benchmarking salaries, tracking competitor hiring trends and industry practices for niche requirements.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively - partner with hiring managers, business heads and leadership to understand requirements, align expectations and drive hiring reviews to closure.
  • Build and manage a strong sourcing pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, headhunting.
  • Ensure adherence to the laid-down recruitment process and drive completion of hiring activities within agreed timelines (TAT).
  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters in the team, sharing best practices in sourcing, screening and stakeholder handling.
  • Lead salary negotiations, offer management and candidate engagement to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and implement corrective actions to strengthen the recruitment function.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, including niche and leadership hiring.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, talent mapping and competitor benchmarking for technology hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including working closely with senior business and hiring leaders.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search and use of niche hiring platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work towards defined hiring targets/TATs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and salary negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for MIS reporting and presentations to leadership.
  • Prior experience hiring for engineering/technology skills such as AutoCAD, Autodesk, PLM, etc. will be an added advantage.
