We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality wound care services to patients in their homes throughout the Phoenix area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FNP with a strong wound care background who is looking for a flexible part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care assessment and treatment in patients' homes
- Evaluate wounds and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Provide patient and family education regarding wound management and prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)* license and credentials
- 3+ years of professional wound care experience*
- Strong clinical assessment and wound management skills
- Comfortable providing in-home patient care
- Must live within 15 miles of Downtown Phoenix, AZ
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
