We're Hiring: Fullstack Software Engineer

New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Full-time | 4–10 years of experience

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology startup building an operating system for autism care. The platform helps clinicians start, run, and scale their practices by simplifying billing, payroll, scheduling, clinical documentation, and patient communication.

The company grew from zero to $2M in revenue within 8 months, raised a $10M Series A, and continues to scale rapidly.

Who we're looking for:

• 4–10 years of fullstack software engineering experience.
• Strong systems thinking and experience building reliable, production-grade software.
• Experience with complex domains such as fintech, healthcare, insurance, logistics, or other operationally intensive industries.
• Strong product instincts, a bias for action, and end-to-end ownership.
• Excitement about building AI-native products and using AI to increase engineering productivity.
• Familiarity with Python, NoSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

Important requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York at least 3 days per week.
