MIG Welder – $25+ Hour DOE Location: Catoosa, OK Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour DOE Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating Shifts Position Overview HireCall is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in Catoosa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of MIG welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires employees to rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks. Work Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Shift Rotation: Employees rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks. Workdays: Monday through Friday Candidates must be available and willing to work both shifts. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies. Produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds. Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Prepare materials and surfaces for welding. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently. Identify and correct welding defects as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience required. Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred. Ability to produce consistent, quality MIG welds. Basic understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks. #HotJobs
