The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Estimator capable of taking ownership of the estimating process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than prepare estimates. You'll help develop bid strategies, coordinate estimating teams, evaluate project risk, collaborate with operations, and play an important role in winning new work.
What You Bring5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, preferably with a general contractorExperience leading estimates and coordinating bid teamsStrong conceptual budgeting, quantity takeoff, and scope review capabilitiesUnderstanding of subcontractor procurement, value engineering, and construction methodsAbility to manage deadlines, organize competing priorities, and deliver accurate estimatesStrong communication skills and comfort working alongside project teams xzbcwsv and clients
