Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner for multiple New Mexico locations (Clovis, Hobbs, Taos, Carlsbad, Alamogordo). You will lead restaurant teams, coach managers, hire and train staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming operation with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing scheduling, labor and inventory, tracking sales and expenses to drive profitability, and recognizing team successes.
