Job Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Manage material deliveries and inventory on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to meet project expectations. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Luxury Residential Superintendent should have: Experience with high-end residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in managing subcontractors and coordinating schedules. Commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
