Continuous Improvement Coordinator II

1. Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification 2. Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience. 3. Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant 4. Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design. 5. Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments. 6. Develop and support governance mechanisms, including VOS maturity tracking, KPI alignment, and leadership engagement routines. 7.
